📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs • Partner with internal clients to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies • Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels and tools • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members • Prepare interview materials and support interview debriefs • Extend offers and support compensation and benefits discussions • Serve as liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process • Communicate with new hires before their start date • Support new employee orientation on the first day • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate recruiting information • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated high-volume recruiting experience supporting significant hiring ramps or seasonal hiring initiatives • Bachelor’s degree • Human resources, recruiting or related professional experience • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter / go-getter approach • Master’s degree preferred • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred • No visa sponsorship available
