📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees • Align training programs with organizational goals and performance standards • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs • Implement scalable learning solutions • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, tracking, reporting, and user-experience optimization • Create presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules, emphasizing high-quality PowerPoint development • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions • Track and analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods • Support onboarding and ongoing development programs to enhance employee retention and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design required • Strong experience managing and utilizing an LMS required • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint • Experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting, particularly supporting Medical Assistants (MA), strongly preferred • Familiarity with clinical workflows and training needs in a medical environment is a plus • Experience with Canvas or similar learning platforms highly preferred • Ability to take initiative and build and improve training programs • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
