📋 Description

• Develop and review Asset Maintenance Plans for transmission and substation equipment. • Define and standardize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs. • Establish end-of-life (EOL) and replacement criteria. • Develop and manage spare equipment and parts strategies. • Apply NERC and FERC reliability standards. • Analyze asset performance, maintenance history, and failure data. • Collaborate with Transmission Operations and Maintenance, System Planning and Protection Engineering, Procurement and Project Management, and Environmental and Compliance teams. • Manage and optimize the life cycle of physical assets. • Develop asset management strategies and business processes. • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical) or related field is required. • 5 years of experience in electric utility transmission or substation engineering, asset management, reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related role. • Demonstrated knowledge of high-voltage substation equipment (115kV to 345kV), circuit breaker technologies, power transformers, and diagnostic methods. • Working knowledge of asset lifecycle management and reliability-centered maintenance concepts. • Familiarity with NERC standards and IEEE/IEC maintenance and testing standards. • Experience using asset management or CMM/EAM systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
