📋 Description

• Shape the global go-to-market model, including ICP definition, market prioritization, and coverage design • Own sales operations, including territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast discipline • Partner directly with the CEO, CRO, Sales VPs, and CFO • Structure ambiguous problems and present clear recommendations and memos to the executive leadership team • Build operational reviews, metrics, and the source of truth used to run the global business • Transform strategy into a functioning revenue engine

🎯 Requirements

• MBA • 5–7 years of experience • Foundation in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) • Proven track record of moving from strategy to operational reality • Strong quantitative modeling skills using Excel/Sheets • Working knowledge of GTM systems • Experience in adtech, a DSP, or performance/programmatic media businesses • Sharp written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction • Comfort with ambiguity • SQL is a plus
