📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy for complex enterprise sales cycles across the Americas from discovery to close • Architect and lead tailored demonstrations and narratives, including Felix Agentic use cases, aligned to C-level business outcomes • Lead and de-risk technically and politically complex proofs-of-concept, defining success criteria and quantifying enterprise-scale business value • Design scalable, enterprise-grade solution architectures and articulate ROI-based value propositions for major accounts • Mentor and upskill Solutions Engineers, share best practices, and act as a technical escalation point • Partner with Account Executives, RVPs, and Customer Success on deal orchestration for named and strategic accounts • Coordinate with Product and Engineering on post-sales onboarding and roadmap influence • Lead RFP responses for strategic accounts and provide structured customer input to the product roadmap, particularly around Felix Agentic • Contribute to demo strategy, configuration standards, best practices, and value delivery practices • Lead strategic and technical initiatives involving multiple team members • Participate actively in hiring processes and hiring decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software, with a track record on large, complex deals • Proven success leading complex, multi-layered sales cycles in the Digital Experience / Digital Analytics space • Strong executive presence with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders • Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning • Native iOS/Android experience is a plus • Experience mentoring or informally leading other Solutions Engineers • Experience building reusable tools/assets beyond your own deals • Exceptional storytelling and executive-level presentation skills • Clear ownership up and down the chain, aligning AEs and leadership while partnering with ICs • Disciplined Salesforce hygiene is required • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes deals simultaneously • Ability to travel 20–25% • Professional-level fluency in Spanish is a plus • Deep experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms is preferred • Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies is preferred • Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting is preferred • Experience as an informal or formal technical lead for a pre-sales team is preferred
