📋 Description

• Build and run a rolling 12-month plan of launches, data releases, executive moments, and public stances across QuinStreet, QRP, askpond.com, and AI agent platforms • Lead the askpond.com pre-launch, launch week, and follow-on communications, including positioning, the “first” claim, owned landing page, wire release, press briefings, and proof metrics • Create QRP case studies, pursue trade-press placements, and deliver conference talks and webinars for insurance agencies and carriers • Turn integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Meta, and agent protocols into news and articulate positions on consumer consent and coverage transparency • Commission consumer and industry surveys and package QuinStreet data into recurring press-cited reports • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and talks; prepare and book business and insurance trade-press interviews • Oversee the PR agency, wire service, media lists, owned newsroom, social channels, and communications metrics • Partner with legal and compliance on claims, regulated-product language, and partner approvals

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in communications, PR, or product marketing, including launches led end to end • Fluency in AI, including the ability to explain LLMs, AI agents, and platform integrations to reporters and carriers • Existing relationships with business, technology, insurance, or fintech press • Strong writing skills for press releases, executive posts, and op-eds requiring little editing • Ability to turn data into stories and work with analysts on surveys • Track record of running many workstreams simultaneously as a team of one, with agency support • Preferred: background in insurance, insurtech, or financial services, including regulated claims and carrier partnerships • Preferred: B2B experience selling to agencies or carriers • Preferred: experience launching on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
