📋 Description

• Re-architect calling and standardize interactions with calling providers • Build dashboards and tooling for deeper observability into calling performance • Ship features including URL unfurling, custom transcript summaries, group messaging, direct messages, and new calling features • Own projects end to end with support from senior engineers • Enhance features, fix bugs, and improve documentation across calling, messaging, voicemail, and transcription • Write tests and ship safely through CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with product, design, backend engineers, and senior frontend engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with React and TypeScript • Understanding of backend-to-frontend data flows, including GraphQL, schemas, and database design basics • Experience writing tests, including Playwright, integration testing, and unit testing • Some experience with web performance, observability, and accessibility • Proactive and self-driven in a fully remote team • Ability to manage multiple projects and context switch effectively • Methodical approach to testing and quality • Readable, testable, and maintainable code practices • Willingness to embrace and use AI in day-to-day engineering work • Nice to have: experience with WebSockets and WebRTC • Nice to have: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mature delivery processes • Nice to have: experience building with agentic AI workflows
