📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of provider onboarding projects, including contracting, configuration, testing, go-live, and transition to operations and maintenance • Define project scope, requirements, and objectives with customers and internal engineering teams • Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across concurrent engagements • Identify and manage risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to stakeholders and executive leadership • Lead cross-functional project meetings with C-suite stakeholders • Coordinate transitions from sales handoffs through go-live and subsequent sustainment • Establish reporting and metrics to monitor progress and identify gaps against project goals • Improve onboarding processes using lessons learned • Ensure a high-quality end-to-end customer experience throughout onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on Epic implementations or supporting Epic integrations with a focus on scheduling at a provider organization • 3+ years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management • Proven experience managing large health system or enterprise project portfolios • Experience leading executive-level product demonstrations, program updates, and presentations • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and operational audiences • Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Technical integration experience within the healthcare industry • Experience supporting provider network onboarding or Epic scheduling workflow implementations • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
