📋 Description

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support • Own candidate pipelines for open roles • Partner directly with hiring managers across departments to understand team needs and define target profiles • Execute tailored hiring strategies • Proactively source passive candidates for technology and SaaS roles • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, network channels, AI tools, and ATS workflows to optimize recruiting processes • Draft candidate outreach and automate routine scheduling • Serve as a Quorum brand ambassador • Provide timely communication and a high-touch, professional candidate experience • Support recruiting operations during a team member's leave

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within the SaaS or tech industry • Proactive talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment • Experience recruiting Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives within a SaaS organization • Proficiency with Ashby ATS • Proficiency with modern sourcing platforms • Proficiency with AI productivity tools • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, network channels, and creative search strategies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States • No employer-provided work authorization, relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, or visa transfer
