📋 Description

• Focus on top-of-funnel candidate activity for active roles and build strong pipelines for future openings • Actively source passive candidates via job boards, events, partnerships, and other methods • Conduct first-round screening calls and assess candidate fit • Create a positive candidate experience and act as a dentsu ambassador • Partner with TA Specialists/Business Partners to define candidate personas and guide candidates through interviews • Advise Hiring Managers on timelines, market insights, and talent pools • Report market trends, opportunities, and sourcing activity to the Hub Manager and/or Career Advocate • Strategize with the TA team to innovate skilled and diverse candidate identification • Share sourcing best practices across TA and Hub teams • Report to a designated Hub Manager or Career Advocate

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with sourcing and/or full-lifecycle recruiting • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred) • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with discipline leads and hiring managers • A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically • Strong organizational foundation and ability to efficiently track candidates across multiple roles and prioritize • Ability to communicate effectively and kindly, internally and externally • Ability to leverage data and reports to demonstrate hiring results • Comfort interacting with senior-level executives and handling confidential information and searches discreetly • Ability to confidently lead initiatives and/or projects • Initiative to provide guidance to more junior team members around best practices
