📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies • Conduct internet recruiting and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to support contract and temporary staffing • Work 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday • Represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers • Ability to screen candidates for best fit for the position; considering candidates for all open positions • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Background in internet recruiting and social media sourcing techniques • Preferred: Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP)
