• Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, initially focusing on the Qventus Inpatient Capacity solution • Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and implement solutions delivering client value • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements and communicate potential approaches • Use deep inpatient expertise to build and sustain user and executive buy-in for workflows and tool adoption • Lead the full deployment lifecycle from internal kickoff to go-live by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are met • Build and manage relationships from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders • Identify and mitigate risks, advise Delivery leaders, and drive issues to resolution • Identify process improvement opportunities and create structured approaches to close gaps • Own assigned accounts/customers with limited oversight • Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams • Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and establish clearly defined business outcomes • Create an enthusiastic customer base that can serve as references for prospective customers
• 5+ years of project/program management experience with enterprise-wide SaaS implementation requirements and technical capabilities • 5+ years of professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system • 5+ years of cross-functional experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles and driving milestones to completion • Previous experience with Epic integrations and build, specifically certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules/applications • Proven quantitative and analytical skills from hospital systems or EHR implementations and complex provider-side health setting implementations • Deep knowledge of inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions • Ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons • Strong communication and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels • Proficiency with data validation dashboards, interpreting Java/SQL code, complex Excel functions, and similar tools • Systems-thinking ability with attention to detail • Passion for real-world impact and meaningful problem-solving • Ability to travel up to 25%-30% • SQL query-writing experience highly desired • Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations • Experience working with clinical and/or process consultants • PMP Certification is a bonus • Satisfactory pre-employment background investigation and drug test required
