📋 Description

• Oversee deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite • Engage clients and hospital operations, applications, and infrastructure teams to design, build, and implement patient and user experience solutions • Uphold standard workflows and create educational materials for go-lives • Hold stakeholders accountable for solution delivery • Lead cross-functional projects to build and operationalize business-to-consumer solutions • Identify subject matter experts and address potential obstacles • Meet project deadlines and communicate project updates or escalations to stakeholders • Propose efficiencies, enhancements, and product/process expansion initiatives • Manage on-time delivery of application database builds • Support the deployment team and communicate across stakeholders • Define and obtain data required to build applications within contract scope, client needs, timeline, and budget • Analyze data and workflows to determine standard best-practice processes • Collaborate with client, operations, training, IT, and support teams to meet project timelines • Deliver training and collaborate on educational materials for end users • Lead database validation and conduct functional and integrated testing for go-live readiness • Develop understanding of healthcare industry challenges, particularly patient access

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Healthcare/Technology experience • Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of privacy of patient data • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Strong interpersonal skills and clear, concise oral and written communication skills • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, office staff, and peers • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Results- and deadline-driven; able to work under high-pressure situations and adjust to rapidly changing customer needs • Highly organized and self-motivated • Ability to lead cross-functional projects • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve delivery-impacting issues
