📋 Description

• Oversee deployment and implementation of the Entri Product Suite • Engage with clients, hospital operations, and applications/infrastructure teams to design, build and implement patient and user experience solutions • Uphold standard workflows and create educational materials for go-lives • Hold stakeholders accountable for solution delivery • Lead cross-functional projects to build and operationalize business-to-consumer solutions • Identify subject matter experts, meet project deadlines, and identify, escalate or resolve delivery-impacting issues • Communicate project updates and escalations to stakeholders • Propose efficiencies, enhancements and expansion of product and process initiatives • Manage on-time and competent delivery of application database builds • Define and obtain data needed to build applications within contract scope, timeline and budget • Analyze data and workflows to determine standard best-practice processes • Collaborate with client, operations, training, IT and support teams to meet timelines and drive operational change • Deliver training and collaborate on educational materials • Lead database validation and conduct functional and integrated testing for go-live readiness • Develop understanding of healthcare industry challenges, particularly patient access

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Healthcare/Technology experience • Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio • Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, office staff and peers • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills • Results and deadline driven; able to work under high-pressure situations and adjust to rapidly changing customer needs
