📋 Description

• Lead and align multiple cross-functional work streams across programs • Own tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management • Communicate with customers and senior leaders • Partner across Central Delivery, Customer Onboarding, Customer Partner, Product, and HR teams • Support data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate programs • Coordinate with onshore US and offshore India teammates • Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems collaboratively • Contribute to AI-driven tools and processes • Complete PMO and tools training during the first 30 days • Lead a small program independently by the first 90 days • Run programs end to end and communicate effectively with customers and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced program/project manager who can lead independently • Track record of managing many moving work streams simultaneously • Strong tracking, reporting, and risk-management discipline • Excellent communication with customers and senior stakeholders • Solutioning mindset and collaborative problem-solving approach • Comfortable operating amid ambiguity with a high degree of ownership • Confident, consultative presence with senior leaders • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office • Experience with Mission Control (Salesforce) is a plus, not a requirement • Ability to align with Central Time core hours and customer hours
