📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to interpret requirements and develop innovative tools and analytics that drive business results • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify root causes of operational issues • Provide data-driven insights leading to actionable solutions and operational improvements • Synthesize recommendations for leadership to improve operational performance and strategic outcomes • Develop expertise in products, processes, technology, and data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations • Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Partner with engineering teams to ensure quality and timely production releases • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications • Use Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data workflow automation • Collaborate with and support BI team members • Pursue continuous learning and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in an analytics-related role managing business intelligence, data models, and reporting tools • Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and R/Python • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Kanban or Sprints • Ability to respond quickly to rapidly evolving opportunities and priorities • Prior exposure to business leaders and users in operations, product, business strategy, finance, and data science • Exceptional attention to detail and systematic problem-solving approach • Strong data intuition and ability to assess the reasonableness of analytical results
