📋 Description

• Help support R1’s mission to maximize value to clients as a leader within the Hospital Underpayment Service line • Own, or play a significant leadership role in support of, large operational strategic service-line initiatives • Engage cross-functionally with service line partners to push forward department priorities • Lead Manager peer group, acting as a representative to senior leadership • Quality Assurance of work product of team • Monitor Service Line KPIs and individual performance metrics utilizing Excel and PowerBI

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital billing, resolution, revenue cycle • Recognized as a high performer in current role • Experience working cross functionally with Operations Shared Services, Medicaid and Self Paid • Experience working with Public Funding and Medicaid Eligibility • Advanced skills in new technologies (Power BI, Excel Advance, MS Office)
