📋 Description

• Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician ability • Dispatch and debrief technicians • Monitor the performance of service technicians • Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner • Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable • Quickly adjust schedules as priorities change throughout the day

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceTitan experience is required • Experience in the home service industry is highly preferred • Strong attention to detail • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ingenuity and resourcefulness • Ability to multitask • Ability to provide a 5-star customer experience • Empathetic and upbeat attitude • Ability to thrive under pressure • Driven for excellence • High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite • Strong ability to multitask and switch priorities quickly • Excellent organizational and communication skills
