📋 Description

• Assign property losses to appropriate adjusters within 2 hours of receipt using Salesforce, CTABS, and Excel • Review adjuster qualifications, availability, performance metrics, and workload capacity to optimize assignments • Coordinate with 1099 adjusters, confirm availability by phone, and document assignments • Update systems such as XA, Symbility, and CTABS after assignments • Send client acknowledgments and notify regional teams of assignments • Verify client-specific requirements before dispatching • Coordinate with regional leadership when adjuster availability or experience is insufficient • Escalate unclear or complex losses to clients or leadership for clarification or reassignment • Communicate delays, issues, and escalations promptly • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across multiple platforms • Use Business Excellence reports and other data sources to assess adjuster workload and performance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Two (2) years of related experience in claims, dispatch, or insurance operations preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and internal claims systems (e.g., CTABS, XA, Symbility) • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding ability • Travel as required
