β’ Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, including performance management and development planning β’ Own recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support β’ Ensure data integrity across ATS/CRM systems and drive accurate reporting and metrics tracking β’ Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through SOPs and operational enhancements β’ Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point while maintaining high service standards, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships
β’ Bachelorβs degree in related field β preferred β’ 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations β’ 1-3+ years of people leadership experience β’ Experience supporting clinical or technical roles β’ Physician Recruiting support experience highly preferred
