• Deliver virtual and in-person education programs, certifications, and workshops • Partner with Brand Managers on salon onboarding and ongoing education • Provide expertise in formulation, troubleshooting, and product knowledge • Coach educators, brand managers, stylists, and salon teams • Build relationships with salon owners, managers, stylists, educators, and partners • Translate field insights into education aligned with stylist needs and sales performance • Support educator and field sales development across multiple territories • Train field sales teams on hair color knowledge, consultation skills, and confidence • Lead education initiatives that strengthen brand presence and stylist engagement • Conduct classes and educational events across territories • Manage educator kit inventory, replenishment, distribution, and organization nationwide • Coordinate catering, venues, chair rentals, classroom setup, and educational materials • Assist with model sourcing, selection, preparation, and communication • Liaise between field education and education leadership to identify challenges and drive solutions • Support alignment of educational initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration • Develop and refine curriculum, facilitator guides, and virtual learning tools • Assist with special projects and provide backup coverage • Perform administrative tasks and support cross-departmental initiatives
• Firsthand experience as a salon owner, education sales manager, color consultant, and/or stylist preferred • Strong technical knowledge of hair color formulation, troubleshooting, and product application • Experience delivering education programs, certifications, or workshops for varied skill levels is a plus • Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings • Experience coordinating event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget management is a plus • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple territories and competing priorities • Excellent relationship-building skills with salon owners, stylists, educators, and internal teams • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned territories • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions • Ability to work EST hours; East Coast candidates preferred • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, twist, and squat to adjust or position equipment or set up events • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for prolonged periods • Ability to drive or ride in a vehicle for long periods • Ability to focus on detailed work for extended periods • Fine motor skills for typing and using a mouse • Ability to carry and transport promotional or sales materials • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
