📋 Description

• Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and company-wide people communications • Handle complex employee relations matters across multiple countries, including performance improvement plans, separations, and terminations • Own onboarding, leave administration, BambooHR, the Sequoia One PEO relationship, and multi-country compliance • Run the performance and career framework cycle, including reviews, individual contributor and manager career frameworks, and manager enablement • Drive engagement and retention through pulse surveys, ELT and manager action planning, and key-talent retention strategy • Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking, headcount planning, people budgets, and cost-conscious people programs • Lead company-wide hiring, including executive searches • Own the recruiting process, Ashby, and the hiring-manager experience • Lead and develop the People Operations team • Report to the CEO and join the G&A team and Executive Leadership Team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition • 2+ years’ experience leading both functions at a global start-up • Hands-on technical recruiting experience, including senior and executive hires • Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce • Experience with US multi-state and UK/EU employment practices is ideal • Track record of handling sensitive employee relations and separations with sound judgment and discretion • Comfortable working at both the strategic and tactical level, as an ELT member and hands-on operator • Proficiency with an ATS such as Ashby • Proficiency with an HRIS such as BambooHR • Proficiency with a PEO such as Sequoia One • Must be located in and a resident of the USA • Must be eligible to work in the USA; Rasa does not offer visa sponsorship for this position
