📋 Description

• Manage the front-end clinical readiness workflow for students, from intake through clearance for clinical start • Track, monitor, and maintain process completion status using databases and third-party systems • Review and verify required documentation, including immunizations, background checks, and certifications • Enforce clinical documentation requirements in alignment with clinical site agreements, regulatory, and organizational standards • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical readiness inquiries from students and faculty • Communicate requirements, deadlines, and status updates • Identify, escalate, and resolve incomplete, expired, or non-compliant documentation • Organize and maintain accurate, audit-ready records of documentation and communications • Generate reports and status summaries on progress, compliance rates, and outstanding requirements • Lead meetings with campus leadership, faculty, and student support teams to address clinical placement challenges • Provide status updates and communicate risks, barriers, and placement-related issues • Collaborate on solutions supporting student progression and clinical placement success • Mentor and train campus teams on documentation, communication, and data management related to clinical experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum of five plus years of clinical coordination in health care or collegiate settings • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or sales experience, with preference for healthcare setting experience • Excel experience is required • Able to multi-task between daily tasks while managing phone calls, emails, messages and meetings • Highly organized and focused professional who addresses problems and innovates with accountability and continuous improvement • Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
