📋 Description

• Train and enable employees on proprietary technology, including features, functionality, and mortgage-process usage • Host and deliver live training sessions for audiences of 20 to 200 trainees • Support newly hired mortgage loan officers as they transition from training to active roles • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, FAQs, and other lending-department assets • Record 3–6 minute video training assets demonstrating system functionality • Manage ServiceNow tickets and the training inbox • Troubleshoot technology and system issues and answer loan officer questions • Collaborate with VPs, stakeholders, and business partners on loan-level questions, process clarifications, feedback, and user experience improvements • Manage inbound support requests related to systems, workflows, lending processes, and technology adoption • Provide guidance through email, chat, and one-on-one support • Facilitate training classes and coaching sessions • Assist with training communications, release announcements, and technology updates

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage background or equivalent work experience in mortgage lending, learning & development, or training facilitation • Continuous mortgage knowledge, including keeping up with technology and process enhancements and maintaining alignment with industry trends • Proven experience in public speaking and delivering presentations to groups • Ability to convey complex knowledge clearly and effectively • Deep understanding of operations, products, and processes • Familiarity with creating and updating tailored training materials using adult learning principles • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel • Positive attitude toward organizational change • Previous video editing experience using platforms such as Canva, Bom Bom, or similar services is a plus
