📋 Description

• Initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls, including cold calls to experienced financial advisors • Keep existing prospects engaged with recruiting partners • Source experienced financial advisors and financial institutions interested in affiliating with Raymond James • Use a consultative approach to identify the best affiliation option for each advisor's practice • Make referrals based on best-fit business model analysis and next-step exploration • Set meetings for recruiters and managers • Schedule, confirm, and follow up after meetings • Identify other business models based on advisor feedback • Cultivate relationships with recruiting partners • Assist in developing business development strategies • Collaborate proactively with advisors, recruiting partners, and other relationships throughout the recruiting process • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or financial services • Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources • Knowledge of business development in a financial services environment • Knowledge of investment concepts, securities industry practices, finance, securities operations, financial markets, and products • Experience sourcing and developing sales prospects using a proprietary CRM • Ability to make a high volume of outbound cold calls and convert them into recruiting opportunities • Effective questioning, listening, and objection-handling techniques • Proficiency with standard office equipment and software for correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases • Ability to research, interpret, analyze, and apply prospect information • Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks amid changing priorities and deadlines • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
