📋 Description

• Own Reco's full enablement lifecycle from discovery through technical validation, adoption, renewal, and expansion • Extract and structure institutional knowledge through win/loss debriefs, deal teardowns, call library curation, ride-alongs, and SME interviews • Create versioned, findable content with named owners and refresh cadences • Build product-depth enablement covering Reco's architecture, app coverage, SaaS and identity architecture, OAuth, integration risk, AI agent/MCP exposure, and compliance frameworks • Own demo certification, hands-on labs, and release readiness • Build sales and go-to-market playbooks for discovery, qualification, multi-threading, objections, and closing • Implement MEDDPICC discipline and coach managers • Own POV enablement, commercial enablement, competitive enablement, pricing, packaging, business cases, deal structure, margin, discounting, and negotiation • Build role-based onboarding with 30/60/90 certification gates • Develop post-sale plays for time-to-value, adoption, EBRs, renewal defense, and expansion • Coach from real calls and equip frontline managers for 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections • Own the enablement stack, instrument the function, and use AI-first personalized paths and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM or revenue enablement, including building a function from zero at a high-growth B2B SaaS company • Experience enabling AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CSMs • Technical fluency in SaaS and identity architecture, cloud security, and AI/agentic risk • Security background strongly preferred • Experience building and maintaining structured enablement content from subject-matter expertise • Experience making MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger change rep behavior • Comfort owning pricing, business case, discounting, and negotiation enablement • Metrics-driven program management with baselines, named owners, timelines, and follow-through • Builder mindset focused on progressing deals
