📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point for employees on day-to-day HR operations, including equipment ordering and shipping, wellbeing support, office management, expense monitoring, and time-off questions • Own HRIS data integrity and drive automation and self-service across core HR processes • Build and deploy AI tools and automated workflows to reduce manual work • Administer the HR technology stack, including HiBob and Windmill • Keep HR systems accurate and clean through updates and regular data audits • Map technical workflows end to end • Manage backend compliance and execution for onboarding, job changes, promotions, leaves, and offboarding • Streamline handoffs across HR, IT, and Legal • Oversee US payroll inputs and compliance reporting with Finance and external vendors • Partner with the People Team, IT, Security, Finance, US managers, and employees

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, People Ops, or a related field • Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform; HiBob experience highly preferred • Working knowledge of US employment fundamentals, including I-9 compliance, payroll basics, and benefits administration • Comfort with detail-heavy, high-volume administrative work • Strong organizational skills and follow-through • Clear, friendly communication style • Proactive mindset focused on identifying and fixing inefficiencies • Interest in automation and AI-powered tools
