📋 Description

• Develop and implement annual and long-term sponsor partnership annual blood drive programs in assigned geography to achieve collection goals • Identify, develop, and implement creative strategies to attract, sell, manage, and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships • Maximize value from sponsor partnerships • Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts • Maintain a high level of communication with assigned Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors • Support the annual blood drive calendar by identifying and applying methods for productive scheduling of sponsor blood drives • Keep abreast of the assigned geography, including government, demographics, organizations, and competitive profile • Apply geographic knowledge to service Sponsor groups and penetrate designated markets • Maintain accurate system records • Provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance • Ensure organizational tools, technology, and strategy enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity • Identify opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience • Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills • Ability to work on a team • Ability to work with internal/external partners and internal unit management teams to resolve complex business problems • Ability to analyze historical collection data, project upcoming collection trends, define goals, develop measurements, and achieve operational improvements in key performance metrics • Ability to effectively implement programs preferred • Some travel may be required • Donor Recruitment Experience preferred • Blood Drive Scheduling Experience preferred
