📋 Description

• Partner with Product Management, Product Design, Data Science, and client engineers to translate business and user needs into reliable, low-latency technical solutions • Own the full software lifecycle for major product initiatives, from technical design documents and API contracts through development, testing, rollout, and observability • Design, build, and evaluate A/B experiments • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention loops using tools such as BigQuery, HEX, or Firebase • Build and maintain scalable APIs and distributed backend services optimized for native mobile and web applications • Establish engineering best practices and improve developer workflows • Mentor teammates and use modern AI-integrated tools to ship high-quality products efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience • Experience building and operating large-scale distributed serving systems in high-concurrency environments • Proficiency in Go or Python, or Java, Kotlin, Rust, or C++ • Expertise designing and maintaining scalable APIs using GraphQL, REST, or gRPC • Experience with high-throughput caching layers and distributed datastores such as Redis, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL • Experience or interest in AI-assisted engineering tools • Experience designing experiments and establishing performance metrics • Ability to work in fully remote or hybrid team environments
