📋 Description

• Organize, lead, and support global strategic functions driving Red Hat Services’ growth and expertise in the OpenShift Platform • Provide oversight and program management support for strategic OpenShift Platform engagements and opportunities globally • Lead first-of-a-kind customer consulting engagements, potentially managing multiple concurrent engagements • Plan and implement successful OpenShift Platform consulting engagements • Improve go-to-market, marketing, operational, and enablement strategies • Lead complex projects by defining scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, and integrated delivery plans • Track project outcomes and KPIs and report progress • Lead virtual and in-person project planning activities and executive stakeholder communications • Develop and evolve global delivery guidance for first-of-a-kind customer projects • Support design of the OpenShift Platform professional services portfolio, including Consulting, TAM, and Training offerings • Support exceptional customer experiences and first-of-a-kind cloud consulting engagements globally • Structure and manage first-of-a-kind OpenShift Platform projects • Partner with GTM, Tech Sales, Services, BU leadership, and cross-business function leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience leading key initiatives and high-performing teams • 5+ years of professional services or customer-facing experience • Experience working closely with sales teams in an enterprise software or SaaS company • Experience with Cloud Services, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) business models • Experience in application development, workload onboarding, and adoption on cloud-based services • Subject matter expertise in DevOps, agile, and similar concepts • Experience driving transformational change through a large organization • Experience defining and driving the value of Consulting in a large organization • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel internationally • Executive presence and public speaking skills • English language skills; ideally other language skills • Appreciation of and passion for open-source software • Experience with Red Hat’s technology portfolio • Knowledge of Red Hat’s OpenShift portfolio and offerings • Experience developing Services’ offerings is a plus • Development of go-to-market strategies
