• Serve as the first point of contact for patients • Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from the initial phone call to appointment scheduling and beyond • Handle a high volume of calls • Schedule appointments and support patients throughout the process • Work as part of a busy call center team
🎯 Requirements
• A customer-first attitude and a passion for patient satisfaction • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with efficiency and grace • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience with EHR and practice management systems (bonus) • Experience with complex multi-phone software (bonus) • Spanish speaking skills (bonus) • 1 year of call center experience (bonus)
