📋 Description

• Drive sales growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts • Build relationships with OEMs, machine builders, distributors, integrators, and end users • Identify and influence new design opportunities for motors, drives, controllers, and automation solutions • Partner with distributors and internal engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, CRM management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer applications and recommending value-driven solutions • Represent Kollmorgen at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events • Travel up to 50% throughout the territory

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, motion control, robotics, controls, electromechanical products, or related technologies • Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, manufacturers, or industrial distributors • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred • Equivalent experience will be considered • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and business audiences • Proven ability to develop new business and grow a sales territory • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms • Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this opportunity to U.S. Persons or candidates who can qualify for an applicable license
