📋 Description

• Accountable for overall project delivery • Engage clients and software partners • Oversee entire project implementation lifecycle including costs, resources and timelines • Provide clear direction to project team, stakeholders, project sponsors and executive management • Actively direct the project through the project stages • Lead the planning process • Proactively manage changes in project scope • Manage client expectations • Serve as the focal point for communications regarding project status • Foster an environment of mutual respect • Create and maintain key project documents • Actively engage with project sponsor and executive management • Provide oversight to project team • Serve in a consultative capacity • Establish environment of frequent and open communication • Analyze and manage project profitability • Provide regular feedback to project team resources • Understand current critical path • Participate in pre-sales activities • Build software partner and client relationships • Obtain and maintain required certifications • Other duties as required or requested
