📋 Description

• Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients • Manage payroll reporting and coordinate payroll tax registrations • Set up and maintain payroll systems and benefit tracking solutions • Verify payroll data and ensure smooth transitions from prior providers • Serve as a trusted resource for client payroll questions and inquiries • Identify, research, and resolve payroll discrepancies • Collaborate with internal experts and technology partners to address complex issues • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and payroll best practices • Build strong relationships with clients, payroll vendors, and internal team members • Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and exceptional client service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Online Payroll, or similar systems • Knowledge of payroll processing, compliance requirements, and multi-state payroll tax regulations • Understanding of payroll setup, system integrations, and payroll reporting • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Experience supporting benefits administration, including health and retirement plans • Ability to work with time-tracking systems and payroll integrations • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong communication and client service skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed • Adaptability and initiative in managing workload and client needs • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of payroll-related experience • Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a service-oriented environment is a plus
