📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for clients • Monitor client questions and provide recommendations with the Account Management Team on coverage changes and contractual requirements • Identify, research and resolve standard client issues • Support the Account Management team in remarketing renewals to ensure account retention • Create proposals as directed by the Account Manager • Review carrier policies for accuracy against specifications and binders • Expedite corrections with insurance carriers • Process or prepare endorsements and applications • Facilitate prompt carrier responses toward claim settlements • Review policy audits and verify accuracy • Coordinate corrections between clients and carriers at the direction of the Account Management team • Communicate significant audit differences to clients • Review cancellations and attempt to save client accounts when appropriate • Stay current on industry information, products, legislation, coverage and technology • Adopt innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, into the service process • Perform other assigned projects, duties and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained • Associate in insurance (AINS) and/or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Four-year degree preferred • Minimum 2+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations • In-depth understanding of commercial lines of coverage • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for in-person and teleconference/webinar sessions • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills • Ability to understand written and oral communications and interpret information written within policies • Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications • Intermediate knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel to client sites • Reliable source of transportation
