📋 Description

• Report to the HR Manager and provide operational support across the employee lifecycle • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC, including document collection, background checks, right-to-work verification, and system provisioning • Coordinate employee changes with payroll, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HRIS records • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions about policies, procedures, people programs, leave, and benefits • Support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations • Compile people data, generate reports, and respond to information requests • Draft and maintain HR documentation, process guides, and internal employee communications • Assist with performance review cycles, engagement surveys, compliance training, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems, with demonstrated proficiency maintaining accurate employee data • Direct experience supporting an hourly, distributed, or field-based workforce • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple priorities • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment • Exposure to employment practices across two or more of the following markets is preferred: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, and Singapore • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly, including HRIS, applicant tracking, and workflow tools. Experience with Airtable is a plus. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
