📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and direction across multiple legal disciplines • Solve complex legal issues with minimal guidance • Serve as a trusted advisor, strategic business partner, and practical problem-solver • Mentor and provide leadership and sound judgment • Explain legal and business concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders • Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service • Advise on interpretation and application of policies and procedures • Resolve complex or contentious legal queries and issues • Contribute specialist expertise and insights to functional strategy • Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance • Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management • Maintain current knowledge of regulations and industry best practices through professional development • Develop stakeholder engagement and support communication of business information and decisions • Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school • Admission to the bar of a state in good standing • 3+ years of law firm experience • Demonstrated success handling complex legal and business issues independently • Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies • Advanced ability to interpret and apply laws • Advanced ability to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies in legal proceedings and documentation • Advanced legal communication skills • Advanced ability to research and apply legal concepts and information • Advanced ability to collaborate with clients and prioritize business objectives through analysis • Ability to explain legal concepts, risks, and recommendations clearly and practically to internal and external stakeholders
