🎯 Requirements

• AAERT CER or CDR certification • Active notary commission • Remote oath authorization, such as RON, or the ability to obtain required authorization • Relevant court reporting or legal industry experience • Reliable high-speed internet • A private workspace • Appropriate equipment for remote work • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital platforms • Clear and professional communication • Sound judgment and ability to know when to escalate an issue • Understanding of accuracy, confidentiality, and protecting the integrity of the record • Consistent availability during scheduled working hours • Some evening or weekend work and limited travel may be required based on business needs
