📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP roles • Strong understanding of the technical skills required for Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
