📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including JD preparation, CV sourcing, CV shortlisting, validation, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding assistance • Understand client requirements and scout relevant profiles • Connect candidates with clients and coordinate interviews • Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding • Manage existing client relationships • Assist in acquiring new clients • Screen and shortlist candidates through job portals and networking sites • Create talent pipelines of high-potential candidates for future opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• MBA (Finance & HR) • 1–8 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or similar role in Human Resources • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Talent Acquisition cycle • Experience in Non-IT hiring, including Brokerage, Insurance, AIF, and Portfolio Management System domains • Experience in Retail hiring, including store staff hiring, mandatory • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team
