📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Business Analysis function within IT Delivery Operations • Manage a team of Business Analysts and partner with IT Demand Management • Define, scale, and govern enterprise Business Analysis frameworks and standards across SDLC delivery models • Establish KPIs, delivery benchmarks, and quality gates across global IT delivery portfolios • Provide executive escalation support and strategic direction on complex, mission-critical enterprise initiatives • Drive continuous improvement across the requirements lifecycle using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and standardized templates • Govern requirement maturity and readiness criteria before project handoffs to engineering • Maintain a centralized Business Analysis knowledge management framework • Lead team professional development through coaching in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process engineering, and UAT facilitation • Lead capacity model planning and multi-million-dollar resource allocations across internal, offshore, and third-party teams • Manage external business analyst partners while maintaining quality and methodology standards • Ensure regular job shadowing to align business analysis with end-user needs • Guide business analysts in proactive recommendations and technical assumption validation • Advise senior business and IT executives on strategic alignment and digital transformation roadmaps • Provide individual contributor coverage during peak resource demands or staffing gaps • Lead requirements gathering, technical specification development, and functional design for complex initiatives • Guide verification scenarios, test strategies, and UAT sign-off workflows • Facilitate post-implementation reviews, root-cause analysis, and refinement of operational standards • Manage, mentor, and provide performance guidance to Senior Business Analysts • Lead technology transformations while maintaining alignment with operational milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, functional requirements management, or process engineering within cross-functional teams • 7+ years of direct people management or practice leadership experience overseeing business analysis teams • Experience standardizing business analysis methodologies, establishing knowledge management practices, and managing resource capacity across concurrent projects • Experience managing vendor relationships and staff augmentation models • Extensive experience producing user stories, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and process workflows within Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks • Ability to translate strategic business objectives into technical execution plans • Experience within field operations, home services, or multi-site service delivery industries preferred • Expertise in business analysis methodology governance, documentation standards, and quality controls • Proficiency in resource forecasting, workload balancing, and institutional knowledge preservation • Ability to perform strategic oversight, technical specification authoring, and complex functional design • Ability to translate business operations and user workflows into functional system architectures and strategic solutions • Advanced familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart • Negotiation and collaboration skills across senior business executive and technical engineering leadership • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship is available now or in the future
