📋 Description

• Maintain good customer relations by phone and in person • Gather customer information to identify and solve problems • Confirm, schedule, and reschedule customer services • Set sales appointments for new customers • Answer billing questions • Complete general clerical duties as assigned • Work as a team with Service and Sales • Sell the value of services and suggest service upgrades • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Excellent listening and communication skills • Pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone • Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers • Ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy • Ability to help other team members • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Excellent organization and time management skills • Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed
