📋 Description

• Manage the Onboarding, Project Start, Purchase Orders, and Invoice Issues mailboxes • Collaborate with internal and external customers throughout the onboarding process • Deliver service via phone, email, or in person • Investigate billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and manage invoicing and collections • Receive onboarding forms and build customer accounts in Salesforce, D365, EQAI, and AESOP • Coordinate new account builds with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales • Send contracts to GMs for execution and upload executed contracts to D365 and Salesforce • Welcome customers and introduce them to customer service, sales, and project managers • Receive field work orders and build D365 projects • Receive, verify, and enter customer purchase orders into EQAI for billing • Resend returned invoices and resolve contact-information issues • Support audits by retrieving contract and purchase order copies • Participate in UAT testing for D365, EQAI, and Salesforce updates • Maintain customer account information, fees, tax exemptions, contacts, purchase order requirements, billing projects, and contracts • Provide administrative and operational support for hazardous waste customer onboarding • Respond to emails, manage shared inbox communications, and support daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of basic accounting processes • Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously • Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer • Detail oriented for information accuracy • Ability to read, analyze and interpret company documents, including credit applications and service agreements • Strong problem-solving skills • Commitment to customer service and ability to actively listen to customers to understand requests and resolve issues or make recommendations • 2–4 years of data entry experience • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute • Experience in billing, customer onboarding, or administrative support is preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, including managing shared mailboxes • Strong communication and follow-up skills • High School Diploma — preferred
