• Develops, manages, and fosters relationships with contractors across various trades and with trade organizations and relevant industry groups. • Responsible for contractor recruitment into the multifamily program based on program needs and priorities. • Works with subcontractor partners to effectively execute the program delivery strategy and support the achievement of program goals. • Monitors program participation and adjusts contractor recruitment strategy to optimize participation in pursuit of program goals. • Provides ongoing support and training to contractors regarding program updates, submission deadlines, safety and other issues on a scheduled and as-needed basis. • Leads ad hoc meetings/calls with the internal team and partners on subjects relating to contractor recruitment, issue resolution, successes, challenges, and requests for additional support. • Delivers presentations and communicates program offerings while tailoring messaging to a variety of stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience in contractor or trades management. • Previous management experience in training and recruitment. • Proven success in engaging contractors, unions, subcontractors and trade organizations. • Ability to communicate clearly and establish expectations and guidelines with disparate trades. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools. • New Jersey residency required
