📋 Description

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks • Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement • Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients • Research, recommend, and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients • Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks • Lead day-to-day customer interactions • Use subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues • Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to internal team goals • Work with dedicated onshore/offshore SDU teams to renew existing policies, bind new business leads, and round out accounts • Build strong customer relationships and train junior team members on customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center • Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel • Experience working in an Agency Management System • Industry designations preferred, such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, and ARM • Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills • Candidate must reside in the U.S.
