📋 Description

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, and software licensing agreements • Assist in managing patent and trademark portfolios • Conduct intellectual property searches • Clear product marketing materials • Assist in managing data subject access requests • Review privacy questionnaires • Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other data regulations • Administer legal tools such as contract management systems and digital repositories including Panda and SharePoint • Assist in managing and answering RFPs, questionnaires, and inquiries from customers, IT support, and client customer success managers • Administer the Company’s corporate insurance program • Work with the insurance broker to ensure appropriate coverage is in place for all entities • Serve as a key member of a global team and business partner supporting company growth and global business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal certificates, such as Certified Paralegal (CP) or Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) • Attention to detail and accuracy • Organization and time management • Technology proficiency, including legal research tools and document management systems • Analytical and critical thinking • Communication skills • Adaptability and ability to handle shifting priorities • Contract management certification is a plus • Foreign language skills with professional working proficiency are a plus
