📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day in-life customer fleet operations • Ensure vehicles are maintained, compliant, available, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements • Manage vehicle maintenance, compliance, vehicles off road (VOR), hire vehicles, accidents, and breakdowns • Act as the primary operational contact for customers and suppliers • Build trusted customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships • Manage supplier performance, onboarding, governance, and review meetings • Identify service improvements and operational cost reductions • Monitor fleet-related expenditure, customer in-life spend, vehicle pricing, supplier costs, and network costs • Produce reporting, forecasting, operational updates, and data insights • Monitor and deliver against KPIs and SLAs • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Account Management, Customer Service, and supplier networks • Support Critical Operations Managers and the wider operations team with fleet expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within fleet management, fleet operations, or a similar operational environment • Experience managing complex fleet operations and vehicle compliance requirements • Understanding of supplier performance management and service delivery frameworks • Proven experience managing supplier and customer relationships • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word • Full UK driving licence
