📋 Description

• Lead and support functional design, cross-module integration, and prototyping • Guide business users in maximizing platform functionality • Review business processes and system integration challenges • Provide lifecycle support and manage assigned application and technology partners • Develop functional and integration specifications • Develop system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions • Manage and guide small cross-functional teams, integration partners, and vendors • Deliver tasks, managed work packages, system upgrades, and contributions to larger delivery programs • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Digital service line teams to capture business requirements • Ensure adherence to the SAP global template and address deviations • Guide and participate in testing cycles • Perform cutover activities for go-live preparation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications • 7+ years’ experience with Customization and configuration of commercial systems within SAP Sales and Distribution • SAP Customer Service module experience would be an advantage • Minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences • Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing complex integrated processes with integrated applications connected to SAP • Knowledge of commercial management processes advantageous (trade management, rebates, payment allocations, eCommerce) • Bachelor's Degree in a technological discipline • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management • Ability to travel up to 25% globally, as required
