📋 Description

• Manage a large customer base • Develop quarterly and annual sales projections by product, vehicle, and SKU • Drive business development growth and identify new sales opportunities • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and new customers • Manage customer quotation processes for internal approval and customer presentation • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Marketing • Review, manage, and communicate customer sales forecasts and projections • Maintain price lists and quotations through the finance team • Negotiate customer terms and conditions • Create, present, and deliver customer quotations and sales proposals • Formulate sales business plans for key accounts and identify new revenue streams • Develop knowledge of the powersports industry, customers, trends, and updates • Explain FOX customer benefits, competitive advantages, and product differentiation • Maintain and support assigned strategic customers • Identify and develop new prospects and opportunities • Lead recurring meetings with assigned customers • Communicate with industry professionals to obtain business trend insights • Attend and schedule sales, engineering, product development, and customer conference meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership capability and experience • Strong manufacturing knowledge • Microsoft Office skills • Ability to travel on short notice • Bachelor's degree in Business Development & Management preferred • 5+ years of experience in sales/account management in a related field • Previous technical sales experience • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer • Ability to travel
