📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume pharmacy and member support roles, from intake to offer acceptance • Collaborate with fellow recruiters, People team, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless onboarding • Maintain an organized, efficient recruiting process, focusing on metrics to monitor progress toward goals • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build candidate profiles, and set interview strategies • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a startup environment • Proven success in high-volume hiring; clinical or customer/member support preferred • Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent data skills; comfortable using metrics to drive decision-making and track progress • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience in healthtech or healthcare services recruiting preferred
